hi i use 3pdt all the time but im building this

im using up old parts someone gave me

and i have an old school x wing dpdt

im a little stumped on how to orientate the x wing so it matches the diagram of the dpdt  (is it even that simple)

easyface, phase 90,many fuzz faces, feedback looper, tremulus lune and so on soon to be ADA!

like  one of these

i guess i just need to find out what lugs connect on a normal non stomp dpdt switch and then what the equivalents are on an x wing stomp switch
easyface, phase 90,many fuzz faces, feedback looper, tremulus lune and so on soon to be ADA!

orientate it with two rows of three, either way works.
made sense?

snufkin

that does make sense but

if you look here there is only one way it can be orientated like that and thats how i have it wired now (as the diagram above shows)

and thats not right as the lugs are not connected in the same way as a dpdt like this (or so i suspect )

thanks

If you want to make sure for yourself, get a multimeter and check continuity between lugs when the switch is in either position.
