Triangle Muff Ceramic Cap values?

Hi,

I can't seem to locate the 0.004 or 0.005 uF ceramic caps that the Triangle era Muff schematic I'm looking at calls for. Do these even exist anymore?

I'm thinking it's probably a good to give up and go with the closest available value? 20% tolerance probably means the value doesn't have to be dead on I assume.

Also, would someone be so kind as to point me to plain jane ceramic disc caps suitbable to stomp boxes on Digikey? I find navigating the site for certain parts (like these) to be seriously overwhelming...

I used 4n7s, you might be able to get 3n9s but it sounds great with the ones I used.
