I've been meaning to do this for a few days.  I want to thank Steve publicly for his superb customer service.  He accidentaly left out two items in my order but had them to me in two or three days!!!  No questions.

Steve is the greatest.  He sent me caps because I got the wrong values (off by a zero), but the right ones were sent out as soon as he recieved my email.  He is awesome in the customer service dept.

Steve has been very,very good to do business with. While he has never screwed up any of my orders I'm sure he would take care of it promptly if it did happen.
I have screwed up and he has always been very patient with me :-)
