Univox Superfuzz layout help...

Hey, i made a bet with a mate and i lost  . So now i have to make him a Superfuzz, and i have no idea of how to make a perfboard layout for a superfuzz.

Can anyone PLEASE make me a superfuzz perfboard layout?

Question to Slacker: There's an arrow pointing down from both of the pots and an arrow goin to the level pot. What does that mean?
I see that you have 5 pots on your superfuzz(http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=53497.20). what to the diff pots do? do you have a layout for that aswell??
