Ciao,

I was working with this fuzz face-like circuit:

I intended doing something like the new MXR classic fuzz M108, a FF with a buffer.
The circuit works but it doesn't clean up well when I roll off the guitar volume (could it be the cap between collectors? maybe).
Anyway, I'd like to know if anyone owns a M108 and could post the collectors voltages of the BC108s, or at least if anybody  could give me some advice about the voltages of the first FF tranny.

thank you,
ciao

note the feedback resistor value.  You can use a fixed 1K for the bias pot I like to make it a 5K external to change the sound

The linked schematic in the first post  180 ohm and 50K?  100K feedback?

thank you,
(I tried using the search but I ended up being a little confused...)
I put the 180R on the emitter of the first FF transistor trying to decrease the gain, it seemed worrking better than a 100 with my bc108. The 50K trimmer is there trying to bias this  tranny too.

do you intend a 5K pot in parallel to the emitter fixed 1K?

(Anyway, the Fet buffer seems to work better than I expected)

thx!
