Tycobrahe Octavia 22uf? or 33uf

Im finishing a Octavia from  http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/pdf/ggg_toct_lo.pdf and can not seem to find any 33uf electros in my area. The 2 i did find were HUGE. What could I expect from using either a 22uf or 47uf ?

  I would put the 22uf or the 47uf in there.
  the base bias 3 resistor string [with the 820k in the middle of the +/- power rails] looks to be using a capacitor to stabilize or possibly roll off some HF's. Better math might help explain it, in the ballpark is good.
