Peachy Fuzz Vero - help w/ verification?

OK!  layout is verified.   so far, sounds pretty cool.  with the switch in "normal" mode you get a nice boost w/some drive, in "fuzz" mode, you get a dirty sixties style fuzz.  it's quite late here so i'll put it through it's paces on my little tube amp tommorrow and get back to you guys.

i've got no way of making clips.  it's a ratty 2 stage fuzz.  fuzzy, and fuzzier.  different trannys don't seem to have much of an effect.  sounds decent, but not my favorite fuzz by any means. honestly, not sure what to compare it to.  it's got a strange topology, i'm sure that has something to do with it.   maybe i'll play with it a little more and get back to you. not sure if i'm gonna box it up yet.  build it!  it's easy!

What transistors do you use, or, much better what gains they have?
I ask you that because i can't get no 2N3565 here...

i used the 2n3565's which i believe have a gain of around 250.  any low-med gain tranny will work most likely.
