Help Needed: Morley Volume Pedal

I just got a vintage morley optical volume pedal. The pedal seems to be working in reverse of what it should. The volume goes down as I press forward on the pedal and goes up with the heel back. Does anyone know how to switch the way the pedal works the volume?
