Can anyone indentify this stomp box?

So the gain pot controls the gain of both feedback loops of the op-amp simoutaneously. :P

Whats this thing using for clippers?

Are those transistors buffers?

Yeah, exactly!

No idea. Admittedly, I'm a little rusty when it comes to understanding audio circuits.

I guess I AM going to have to reverse engineer this thing. It's a pretty interesting circuit by all accounts.

Hi there,

The brown blob is a cap, a silver-mica to be exactly.
And there are clipping diodes inthere.
Different than standard, but still.....I thank they are baw62 or something.
In the 80's they were blue with a red band.

Hi Jimmy-H,
Wow, that's great info about the diodes. I had no idea. You're talking about these, right?

I was looking at the circuit last night thinking "what strange little resistors". Now I know why, ha.

It seems like a fairly uniqe design; I'd be interested in hearing some sound clips.  Can you record some?

It would be good if you could reverse engineer it. Hopefully it doesn't turn out to be a copy of something else. Does it sound any good though?

If you have a go at reverse engineering it don't worry too much about getting it exact on the first attempt. People here will be sure to let you know when it doesn't look right.

I think the schematic that Kusi posted, will be close to this pedal.
Maybe with some different parts and without a output buffer.
