2 Loop bypass box - with a difference!

I need to build a 2 loop bypass box for someone, but there's a problem. One loop needs to be before the amp and the other needs to be the fx loop. Therefore, each loop needs to have a separate input & output. This should explain better :



What I need to know is about potential ground loops, etc.

Should I use a buffer?

If so, on both loops?

Any thoughts?
