Orange Squeezer Noise (Not compressor noise, HORRIBLE other noise)

I built my 3rd OSQ today, tonepad layout, and there is a horrible amount of noise coming from it. The best way I can describe it is that it sounds like there is a waterfall coming from my amp. The noise is constant, and doesn't change with the volume pot or the bias trimpot (except for when the trim is down way low and the effect shuts down completely). Poking around wires and moving parts has no effect whatsoever. Noise only happens when effect is engaged.

Im at a loss on this one,

If it is a continuous stable white noise, it is probably a fried semiconductor junction somewhere. Maybe one of the fets.
If it is a rough sound, it could be a reversed or broken down electrolytic.
Providing the wiring & component values are all correct, there isn't much else to go wrong, that I can think of.
