can a mil2 bypass switch 2 LEDs?

sorry for all the questions lately.... im working on a hundred things at once trying to get the rest of this board done!

anyways, i just designed a switch mounted pcb for the Mil bypass2 to control both the local footswitch LED and the panel LED. I simply Y'd the drain of the mosfet to two current lim resistors. (for lack of better terminology)

any problems? im giong to daisy 9 or 12 volt to about 10 of these switches...
