What's Your Favourite Proco Rat Mod?

...my favorite mod is making the gain knob so it doesn't go to zero, but has the nice low gain rat sound that is touchy to dial in otherwise waiting at the bottom of the pot rotation... 

That is indeed a good sound. And I also find that it's touchy to dial in. I find I need the volume knob on full for that one. Are there any simple mods to increase the output volume?
