Simple Voltage Scaling??

Anybody got any ideas on how I can scale a CV voltage??

I need to take a 0-7V voltage, and convert that to one that will swing 0-15V.
Anybody got any ideas how I could achieve that??

A simple noninverting OP-amp... You know like the MXR D+ but with ground as reference and a fixed gain.

I thought it would be fairly simple, but surely that schem has unity gain?? Shouldn't R2 be bigger than R1 for gain to be produced?

Equal resistors = Av of 2
