I'm still waiting to receive the data sheet from them, but they look pretty cool for stomp switching/relay replacement/matrix stuff.

That does look pretty cool.

Only problems I can see are that they are limited to a signal range of 5.5V max and that they only come in a 2mmx2mm micro surface mount package.

Ya the 2mm package would be difficult to work with. But the 5.5v swing should be enough for guitar signals, shouldn't it?
