Emulation Tube Output transformer: increasing a frecuency more than others

is there a way to Emulatate a  Tube Output transformer by increasing a frecuency more than others as the GAIN goes up.

Is like it reacts to the amplitude of the frecuency....   like a living frecuency booster that responds to the attack of the pick to the strings.

i was looking at two pedals...


the bixonic expandora and the Boss DynaDrive which use this king of method to control "somehow" the gain .... and I was wandering if this could be used to select which parts of the all frecuencyes get distorted , more gain or not when you play.

like a multi . 5 control gain setting...
