Where i can find the "depth mod" for Ross Phaser (Ropez)?

Lo and behold. A simulated final... something.
R3 has been raised somewhat from the last simulation to tame the current a bit. Now IABC will reach a top of ~1mA
well within safety limits.
Perhaps you prefer to work something out with a darlington for buffer instead...
This is my take on the case however. I don't do trannies    ;)

EDIT! Was ist dan loos! I forgot to ad... This schematic has in no way been verified to operate on an existing Ross phaser. It has proven to modulate the current controlling the phasing effect in a computer simulation only. That's all and good enough for me at this point.
Use it as it pleases you.

great effort there Oskar!!
I'm  definetly gonna give this a try! by the way, I think the buffer is the key....
what I was thinking on my sofa is: what about just subtracting/adding a constant "LFO" to the original one.... like adding a -2V to the LFO should shift everything down by 2V... and the plan was to make this variable constant-voltage with a voltage divider say +someV-0V fed to a buffer and then mixed with the LFO (having negative values or the ability to subtract would be just great)
anyway, my knowledge stops right after kirkhoff's laws  :P
Only those who attempt the absurd will achieve the impossible.

Ohm and Kirschoff. All you need really.
Using an OP-amp to sum up the signals is a good idea but I didn't do it that way this time.
Just give it the usual ref. voltage at half the supply and pretend that is zero. Using a dual supply off course makes it easier to calculate.
Thanks for trying it out...   :)   you're a brave man...

I replaced the 10K resistor from the output of the LFO with a 8.2K resistor and a 10K pot, but the result don't satisfy me (too subtle).
I replaced the 10K pot with a 22K one, but now the sweep is almost gone...
I will try the second mod (with the 270k resistors).

Thx a lot all!

:icon_twisted: go... lower...

I'll just point out that "extreme" sweep at the top end will: a) be annoying if the speed is any faster than maybe 0.5hz, and b) be relatively inaudible for some guitars and amps/speakers.

I did the Small Stone Colour Switch mod indicated by Mark (http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=73208.0)
and it sounds very well.

Anyway, when i use all 8 stages the sound is too dense for my taste...it's possible to make it more "spacious"?

Thx a lot Mark!
