Removing pcb/parts/sections from a bigger "piece" (Echo + Sampler from a mixer)

Hehe, am I clear?

Ok, I have this sh*tty, old DJ mixer which has a built-in "Digital Sampler" (from the 80's = everything had to be digital) and an Echo as well (MN3208 and/or something)

Anyways, most of the inputs on the mixer don't work and it's in a crappy condition, part from that it's also really big.
So what I want to do is seperate the little PCB's that have the Sampler/Looper and the Echo on them and put them into their own little boxes.

My question is about how much voltage they'd need? -or more: how do I find out?

I haven't bought a DMM yet, but my guess is that I'd have to check the voltages the main PSU is outputting to the PCB's?

Or should I just take the chips and build them from scratch again?
