I was wondering if anyone had a guess at what effects Andy Taylor was using on the Power Station's version of "Get It On".... It sounds like about four Dynacomps in series to me... Any guesses?

I guess here's a related question - is there a compressor design that's more aggressive than a Dynacomp? It sounds like the Valley People Dyna-Mite (rackmount studio-type compressor) might fit the bill, so I was going to have a look at the schematic for that and see if it could be adapted for stompbox use... but, is there anything else out there?

Sounds like rockman kit to me...:)

try the mockman 2.0 from ROG, with a dynacomp and some mild chorus effect, or buy the rockman sustainer with chorus and eq...:)

The guitar in this track is cool, though I could do without the divebombs.
