I dont know how to get the torsion really tight on the spring. It wont rock back and stay there, it easily flops down. Im thinking #3 in that pic helps the torsion?
anyone?

Right, Here goes!

The rubber stops, 1 & 9 fit into little pockets on the under side of the pedal, these are just for cushioning. The whit felt, (10) Also goes on the underside where the pedal comes into contact with the switch, again this is just cushioning. Number 6 (looks) like a piece of rubber! my guess is that it would go inbetween the circuit board and pedal casing, inside your pedal! Cant really have another function other than that.
Number 2! Dont know what its called! This attaches to the under side of the treadle and operates the pot! It looks as if Number 3 attaches it to the treadle, Number 14 holds number 2 tight to the pot so it doesn't slip.

As for the screws and washers!!! Screws (8) look like the base screws. 12 look like the washers for screws 7! Think they would attach Number 3 to the treadle,
5,11, and 13 i would imagine fixes 3 to 2!

Hope this helps in some way!   Oh, and as for 4! not a Danny Larue! never seen that before, but looks like it could be a stopper! maybe a bit to big though!

P.S. sorry about all the 'looks like's! but i opened my GCB-95 to have a look but only some parts are the same! So basically i'm just guessing! lol!
In genaral though, I would say that all the bits would ONLY fit in one place!
