vox wah problem

i did the true bypass mod, vocal, gain and bass and volume mod. my wahwah don't have ac plug so i use a adaptor to connect it to my dc brick but its noisy on toe(treble) side but more quiet with battery.. i dont know why is it making that noise... can you help me please..

Try adding a 100uF capacitor across the power supply.
