lol.
So I made a bunch of PCB's a while ago and as I was digging through my box of ones that I had etched, I came across this one for a proco rat.
sweet.  I wanted to make one of these (hence why I etched it)
The only thing is... for some reason I can't find my transfer sheet, my schem or my layout for this.
I figured it was either tonepad or glausmarkov, but it's neither...
I just looked everywhere i could think of off and online and cant seem to find the layout for this anywhere =)

anyone recognize this one???
lol

lol no idea.
thanks =)

km-r

is that a tonepad layout?? looks like...

you could start from the 8pin IC. one of the copper hole that has no connection is part of that IC IIRC.
Look at it this way- everyone rags on air guitar here because everyone can play guitar.  If we were on a lawn mower forum, air guitar would be okay and they would ridicule air mowing.

DUH!
It is glaus markov...
I just went back because I swore it was from that site... He had just changed the text or something on it, but once I looked at the actual layout it's the same.

man, i guess this means it time for bed.

Looks like you might have a bit of clean-up work to do on that board. About halfway down on the extreme left of the board there looks to be a "bridge" between the square pad and the round pad immediately to its right in the picture. There's another one 2 pads further right. Finally, there's another one that appears to be shorting pins 7 and 8 of the IC.

I just checked the PCB layout on GM's site, and none of those bridges should exist. They might just be glitches in the photo...
...you fritter and waste the hours in an off-hand way...

Evad Nomenclature

yeah I just hadn't scraped 2 tiny bridges out.
some of the pulp from the photo paper that i missed after the transfer stuck and blocked the acid there.

good eye though =P
