I'm looking for a good source for the mini pots and push button latching switches on the Plus pedals by Xotic effects.  I was hoping to create a Dual Pedal design similar in layout to the AC Plus and the mini pots and switches will let me accomplish a lot more in a 'BB sized enclosure.

Where can I find these things?  Are they PC Mount?

Those are neat, they're probably the 9mm Alpha PC mount pots that mouser sells.  They have the 3 pot terminals and two bigger metal pieces to hook into a circuit board, they are on a 1/10th inch grid so they will snap into a piece of perfboard if you drill out the right holes big enough for the hooks to snap in.  Then it's just a matter of mounting the circuit board in there somehow.  One cool way to do it with less measuring is to drill the holes for just the controls, put standoffs on the board, then put some JB weld / epoxy on the standoffs and glue the whole assembly to the enclosure, that way the pots are sure to go in the holes exactly right.
