1u 19" rack panel designs in FPD?

 anybody here have any 19" 1u rack templates made in FRONT PANEL DESIGNER? I dont need to use your design, just move the pots around,etc..
I have to have a mockup of a panel done by tomorrow and i am NOT very good with this program.

Any links or files highly appreciated!
