Here's a clip of my Fuzz Face and TS clone. For the basic rhythm guitar I used a strat with the Fuzz Face clone into a 1979 Fender Vibroverb using the guitars volume to go from full gain to a cleaner sound the solo is the same set up with the TS clone added to the chain.

NiCE SOLO,  it's fuzz face + ts??? or just ts with the amp???
and what kind of transistors are yoou using for your fuzz face?  pics?.

Thanks!!! The transistors are AC127/01. The solo is my guitar turned down to 6 or 7 with the Fuzz Face all the way on both knobs and the Tube Screamer set to kill!  This was my first build!

Sorry to go slightly off topic, but what method did you use to get those graphics on the enclosure? Is it printed and lacquered over, or something else??

Thanks! I created the graphics using Macromedia Flash then rendered the image as a gif file. l printed it out on a laser printer using  water slide decal paper for the laser jet printer. They were a lot cleaner looking but at some point around coat 4 or 5 of the clear the decals started to crack. Oh well... I still liked the way they turned out.

Here's my attempt at music with the Random Number Generator. When you lightly fret the strings with hammer-ons it produces this really cool lo-fi fuzz without the all the jumping around.

I love the chaos of the RNG. I discovered by accident that fretting with hammer ons very very lightly produces a completely different sound as well. I think I remember reading on another post by Doug Deeper that said the first two stages make a pretty neat fuzz of their own. Maybe that's what that sound is?

I'm loving my new Mid Fi Electronics Clari(not) build. I ran an MXR Carbon Copy into it, so the delays make the LDR do some crazy stuff.

Leroy, you're amazing! I listened to it 3 times before figuring out that it was on auto-repeat LOL!

I'm relatively new to building pedals but I built one that I'm quite proud of.  It's a twin tube overdrive that started as a valvecaster but turned into its own thing after spending weeks on a breadboard.  I recorded this sample at home with my SG Special into the pedal straight into my cornford harlequin amp:

This is an impromptu jam with me on guitar and my friend on drums.  I'm using the twin tube overdrive for almost the entire jam. Somewhere in the middle my other two friend showed up after their smoke break and added their whackiness.  I'm playing with my whole pedalboard so there's some flanger, analog delay, and compressor in there, maybe a little phaser and wah as well.  I'm still playing the SG Special but I'm using the Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier amp that was provided by the rehearsal studio.  It's a pretty loose jam but you should get a good idea of the sounds that I can get with my overdrive pedal:

i make this sd9 clone based on kirk hendrik schematic because the ggg and jack orman ones seems to be wrong(nasty oscilations and volumen control noise when effect is off :? ..yeah they sucks the hard way)
