I figured you guys would know this best. Im sure some of you have those storage cabinets with little pull out drawers for parts. Is there a place to buy them at a reasonable price? Harbor Freight had one but it was junk and not that great.

I've found with things like storage (and many other things in life) that you need to spend a couple of bucks to get something worth owning.   I've gone through a few of the ones you find at Home Depot, etc:

They are $15 or so and they always break (or worse, come broken).

I spent $25 recently from the MoMA Design Store of all places for a set of three drawers that can hold about 50 coin envelopes in each drawer (filled with resistors, caps, transistors or whatnot).  The drawers glide in and out with ease and the plastic is durable.

The company is MUJI - the link below brings you to the MoMA store with one drawer for $11.  I bought them at the store as essentially 3 for $25 (you can connect them to make one set or use individually).

The moral of the story - spend the extra few bucks.

Those drawers look really nice. They seem to be a lot bigger than coin envelopes though. Do you line them up sideways in rows?

I line them up on top of each other.  They have multiple sizes I believe.  The ones in the link definitely look bigger than the ones I have.  Mine aren't as tall.

I have a couple of those. They sell them at Fry's, if you have one near you.
