Big Muff Pi Modification problems

Hey, I've been meticulously modifying an NYC BMP to my own tastes.

So far, I've got most of the resistor values to Triangle specs, and have changed the tonestack to have a flat mid response.
It has true bypass, and I'm working on a diode switch for the second clipping section. Not sure what I like best.

Anyway, right now, the pedal's 1/8" 9V jack doesn't work. It is powered through the battery clip.
I can't figure it out. I'll be able to take pics tonight, but the TB wiring was done following these instructions:

I think I'll replace some of the wires going to the 9v jack tonight, but other than that, I'm stumped as to what could be the problem. It matches the SingleCoil pic perfectly.

Also, I hate that 1/8" jack! But I don't know which lugs are T, R, and S. Can anyone tell me, or maybe show pics of their BMP that has been modded to use a 2.1 mm jack?
I tried changing it to one, but once I got it to work with that jack, the battery clip stopped working.
