Someone probably will do that. However, in my experience the hand work involved in doing either vero or perf is about the same time and the results less reliable than doing a one-off PCB.

I don't have the ability to make pcb's where I currently live, so I'll probably come up with a vero layout eventually. However, mine are hand-written, and I don't have a scanner

Rather than request a layout, now is the time to learn how to do them yourself.
