Hello and help.

With help I have built a markm triangle bmp and have had hours of fun but really struggled to cut through when playing with bass and drums. I presumed this was the mid scoop issue so I used a mid hump on my maxon ge-6 and all was great again.

So i want to mod my bmp to have have selectable mid response.  Can the Jack Orman's AMZ presence control be added to this sort of muff. What other ways of doing this are there.

Thanks in advance.

I've installed a switch to boost the mids on mine, really great (When I use my BMP the switch is always on "up")

It's pretty easy to change the mids response on a muff.
2 options.. one is to use the Duncan Amps calculator to find the settings you like.
Second is to check out the schematic for the BYOC muff clone and see how they implemented the mids switching.

In my big muff version,  C8 and C9 (close to tone pot) must be reversed to have the mid boost. But use tonestack calculator, you can find the tonestack you want.

Those aren't the right part numbers if you're using the Tonepad / MarkM layout which the OP said he was.
Reversing those 2 will result in a faulty pedal.
