Hey all-

For them that's interested, I've posted a few perf layouts here: http://www.aronnelson.com/gallery/main.php/v/jdub/.  I will say they're not particularly efficient, or even very good; however, they all work and may at least provide a starting point for fellow perfers.  All will fit in either 125B or 1590BB boxes. Thanks to Bancika for the excellent DIYLC and to everyone here on the forum- too many to name individually- for invaluable info and pointers.  This place is great!  I've got a few more layouts that I'll post in the coming days. Any questions, lemme know.  Again, thanks, & enjoy- hope these help someone!

I find it funny how I can have close to 1000 components, yet I never seem to have enough parts to make a project. :icon_eek:

I'd say different, they all look good to me, and the Foxx is exceptional. Well done.

Yeah dont' beat yourself up.  Those are good.  Plus it's just another thing you get better at with time.  I can almost guess in which order you made those.  :)  Nice job w/ the SWTC on the compressor by the way.

What program are you using?

Thanks for the kind words, guys. Jono, I've been using Bancika's Do It Yourself Layout Creator (muti-platform beta version), which I find way cool and easy to use.  I just export the board image and the bill o' materials, edit them a bit and combine them using, of all things, Microsoft Paint. It works  ;)

My main thing is to take up as little space as possible- lotsa upright resistors, etc. I'd like to get the layouts to where all offboard wiring connects on the edges of the board rather than having wires crossing all over the place, and I'd like to eliminate jumpers as much as possible; however, after you put in enough hours on a layout (the Phase 90 was a toughie), you get to a point where you're like, "&@!% it, that'll work", ya know?  Besides, I'm in it for fun & the challenge- if the layouts work, sound good to me and fit in a reasonably sized box, I'm good to go.

Thanks again!
