baja trembulator help

hi guys im building the baja tremb from "the other site" im not a member over there is why im asking here. 
anyway im a little bit of a noob and im not 100% on the pot layout.  so if someone could check me.

looking at the layout the speed pot lug three is the one closest to the  330n cap.
depth pot lug three is closest to the 1n414 diode

of courese this is while looking at the back of the pot, lugs down, lug three is on the left

It's impossible to say for sure. You've linked to an image of the silkscreen on top of the board, therefore it doesn't show exactly how the connections between the components are made.

What's preventing you from becoming a member over there?

Imagine the pots were mounted to the solder side of the pcb so that the lugs were to the edges of the board and the pot shafts were next to each other in the middle of the board. That's how they should be wired.
