Ross Compressor Output?

Hey guys. I'm finishing up my first build which is a Ross Compressor from this vero layout.

Where is the output on the board? I thought it was the third row down on the right side, but I wanted to check with you guys.
Also I have switchcraft enclosed jacks and I'm not sure how to tell what lug is for the ring, sleeve, or tip. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys!

I think the output is on lug 2 of the level pot?
