Echo Base: Only one repeat and no modulation

i just built an Echo base and like the title says, I'm getting only one repeat and no modulation.
Anyone else experience this?

Yep, both during various phases of debugging.

One repeat was a shorted feedback pot
No LFO was flat battery (LFO needs a certain voltage to start)

Post back all your IC voltages and we'll be able to home in on the problem pretty quickly I reckon...
