Phase 90 and EA tremolo in the same box

First Question: I would like to put a Phase 90 and an EA Tremolo in the same box using the layout for two effects from General Guitar Gadgets.http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/pdf/two_in_one_wiring.pdf  Would there be any noise issues with putting these two circuits together?

Second Question: I built a Phase 90 with the rate led mod.  It ticks as the led turns on and off.  Is this because of the rate led mod or is it something else I should look at?

Try replacing your rate LED with a high efficiency LED, and increasing the size of the current limiting resistor.

Thanks Jkowalski, I will try that.  Does anyone have an opinion on my other question about noise problems with combining a phase 90 and EA tremolo in the same box?
