Has anyone powder coated those Road Rage enclosures?

I emailed Pedal Parts Plus to see if I could get a Road Rage enclosure powder coated. Connie informed me that they have never tried to coat one. As far as I know they are just a regular aluminum enclosure with silver anodizing on it. Do any of you powder coating guys know if its possible? It's this enclosure here...

I can't think of a reason why it would be any problem.
Other than the fact that it is two pieces that come together at the sides.
If the powder coating is thick it may fit very tight...

my only concern is that they are anodized to start.

In fact this would be preferable for a lot of translucent finishes!  The hard work has been done.
Try a little tenderness.

You may have to mask off the edges. There is zero space in the seam when they are assembled and you really have to force them together. I think a layer of finish would potentially scrape off during assembly.
