Printing on Stomp Boxes

Hi, just wonder how or what people are using to print on there stomp boxes.

Some methods:
   - Printed water slide decals
   - Etching
   - Printed overhead transparencies
   - Printed sticker paper
   - Printed photo paper stuck on and clear coated
   - Rub on (letraset) labels
Lots of threads on the various techniques (keywords from above should help you search) and in the enormous pictures thread.
