Hello.  I'm not sure why but probing a board with my audio porobe is starting to give my amp some major  crackley / pops.
I'm sure it used to be quiet.

Is there anything I can do, it's starting to scare me :o

Cheers Woz.

The very nature of probing around and making sudden disconnections and connections is going to create pops and crackles, not to mention, if you are using an audio probe there is most likely a problem with the circuit too. Try going directly guitar to amp with different cables.
