Anyone know where or the part# for the screws to 1590NS boxes or those NSC boxes from PPP? Gremlins stole my screws and I don't think I'll ever find the screws again.

I tried the local hardware store for new screws but the 8-32 and 6-32 screws do not fit properly.

Thanks.

I had the same thing happened to my 1590BB case then I realized I left them in a tin behind my practice amp.

If you haven't already I'd suggest checking ace-hardware. They have euro and american sized nuts, screws, and bolts.

Yeah, I've been looking for them too. No luck at ACE. If I ever do find some I'm gonna buy a handful!

Those enclosures are from Asia. You need metric thread screws. M4 to be exact. 12mm length is good.

Thanks a bunch, found some M4 screws at the hardware store, the M4 thread size fits the 1590NS. The head of the screws the store carry are a bit bigger than the screws that come with the enclosure because they protrude a bit. No biggie since I'm putting rubber feet on anyway.

Thanks again.

You must be talking about the 125 sized enclosures. The 1590's use M4 as confirmed by bbmonster. sooooooo YOU'RE WRONG!!! hahaha

Sorry I did not see this earlier.

If I did not mention it, I also now have pots for the Proco RAT, and I am talking with Roland about carrying a few common repair items for BOSS pedals. No huge profits here, but those who are able to get a pedal working again for cheep often come back for more.

Just to be clear...  The link above is for the "skinnier" screws?  I have some extra 6-32 which fit some of my enclosures, but I have a few of the PPP 1290NS boxes and lost those screws - they are the "skinnier" ones.  If these are what the link is for, I'm a happy camper!  Please let me know if this is indeed the case.  Thanks!

The ones I have are specifically for the 1590NS enclosure...They do not fit the 1290NS. I will ask NS for a bag and post on my list of their spare parts. Give it about a week.

Steve, if you get those Boss parts, please get the small 9mm green B20k pot that is the tone pot on a DS-1.  Haven't been able to find one yet (but I haven't called Boss about it).  I know some others have asked about that pot.

As a side note, I just recieved some 1590ns (supposed to be) enclosures today (from PPP), and though they are the same size, they're made elsewhere and have different screw altogether. The top part is thicker as well making the plastic 2 piece led holders tough to use....
