Dixon Super Overdrive Mods?

I have a Dixon Super OverDrive(yellow one) which I purchased in Canada when I lived there about 13-14 years ago.  I was wondering if there could be any mods for this pedal?  
Inside has AN4558,  maybe sub in a JRC4558?(same equivalent)

i have heard that pedal before,  not bad sounding at all. could definately benefit from the jrc..  there is also a cmos opamp that rocks but i dont' remember the name of it.

    I did change it out (the IC)and it does sound a bit better!
