Source for enclosure similar to the Fender Vol/Tone or Vol/Fuzz

Those kind that work on two motions, back and forth and side to side. I believe Bigsby and DeArmond had similar models at one point.

Anybody know where to find some? If not, anybody know of the names or models of the pedals that do or used to operate like this so I can scourge ebay for broken ones?
