PWM - Pulse Wave Modulator - Debugging

I built a PWM (without the LFO) following this schematic and this layout:




However, I am not getting any sound out of it!!!!

I audio probed around, and found that where the send to the "Pulse width" potentiometer goes, there's the sound I'm supposed to get, but one pin lower on the IC, where it is supposed to be the output, I get nothing.  In fact, it seems like it's doing what it should be doing pretty much everywhere except for where it heads to the output.  Any ideas on what gives?  Since it's all through an IC I don't really know how to troubleshoot (haven't done much with IC's so far).

I don't have a multimeter, or I'd give you all some values...

NEVERMIND!

I think one of my trace cuts wasn't deep enough!

It's working now!!!!
