Mods for the RAT?

I added a 3-way switch to switch between silicone, germanium, and LED clipping.  I also added a 4th pot that altered pre-clipping stage frequencies, in addition to the pot that changed post-clip stage frequencies.  It gives more tone options all around.

Could anyone tell me if adding a potentiometer here would limit the treble going in or possibly offer suggestions on how to insert an adjustable low pass filter in this part of the circuit? Even just telling me this is impractical and generally a bad idea before I try breadboarding this would be greatly appreciated.
