if you want i can post a gutshot of my madison footswitch. it's a 3 button, i don't know if that's what you need.

is this what you are talking about?

if it is, take a look at the back and make sure each switchable effect has it's own jack, or if a single 1/4" jack controls 2 effects, witch would have a trs (tip ring sleeve) instead. you'll be making a 3 button if that is the amp, and from the looks of the back shot on m.f. they are all mono inputs.

Check the schematic, the JC-120 isn't set up to power lights on a footswitch.  The reverb footswitch just shorts the reverb audio out, the other two turn on transistors with a tiny bit of current.  You'll need a battery or pedal power for your lights.

well there ya go. i was too lazy to look at the schematic. i just assumed that it would since even my crappy little crate 2x12 powers the lights.

It's just a standard SPDT X 3 foot switches to 3 X separate mono jacks no LED's or battery on board, I still have the 2 way Roland version which works on all the JC's I've had anyway? (JC120, JC55, JC77 ;D)  Would take a photo but the Digital Camera is playing up at present!

Here's what they look like
