Hey all;

Here's a schematic of my switching unit for my pedals:

Do I need DC blocking caps at the guitar in and outs? I'm not getting any DC voltage when I test for it, but I'm wondering if i should have them there all the same.

Thanks

Hi
to be sure, I'd put  a film DC blocking cap (e.g. 1uF) with DC bleed resistors (330 k or 470 k) at the input and output.
A friend of mine had a valve fail in his amp and had the plate voltage (400V DC) find its way to his pickups, strings, etc. Ouch!
cheers
