DL4 Problem

I need some help....
I have a dl4 that will not let me save presets. When i press the button to save on ANY of the 4 buttons it just turns that bank off. It will not hold?
Any idea what this could be. I have checked the switches and they are fine.

You are pressing and holding it down, correct?

Are you holding it down long enough?

You might try the 'chip take out' thing. I think you just reseat one of the chips, but honestly, I'm not sure. You will have to do some detective work, but it seems to solve some of the problems.

what happens is when i go to press and hold a bank i hear a soft "click" and then the pedal is bypassed?
