Noob question re vero builds

Hi All,
Attempting my first vero build after a few kits and was wondering if the shading on certain capacitors that appear to be electrolytic on the layout indicates the + side or the - side.
It's ibodog's layout of a Dynacomp w/ clean blend btw.

The shaded side is the same as the side of the electrolytic with a strip down it, so the negative side.
