need help with ggg enveloper filter

Hi,

I bought an envelope filter off eBay and when it arrived it didn't work. The bypass works fine, but there is no effect on the effect channel. If I turn the level knob all the way to the right, the sound cuts out when the filter is engaged. Yet there is no "wah". Anyway, I figure this would be a good place to start trouble shooting. Where do I start?

check the tonepad mxr filter build reports. THeres a lot of info there. Did you use fairchild semiconductor 4066 / 4069 or ti's?
