Noisy? Switch R value on LED from 1k to say 15k

  Small Stone, but boiled question is whether a momentary switch to parallel a resistor to a current limiting resistor on a 15ma. LED, think it'll make a pop enough in the PS to inject some to the circuit ?
  If it does is would some form of power filtering for better accomodating the LED's current jump possible ?
