Hii i'm new here.-

Anyway, i just build a Tpad. TS-808 but i need more output level on it, can someone help to rise it, what componentes should i change and what values.

Cheers!! nice site!

Did you do the symetrical or asymetrical diode setup?

davidallancole

Try the asymetrical and see if that gives you enough output increase.  If not your best best is to use a booster after the tube screamer in my own opinion.

I'll try the other clipping, but there is no other way to increase the output volumen with changing some componentes values?  :icon_neutral:

Not if you used the pcb from tone pad.  It doesn't look like you can change the gain of the tone section easily without effecting the frequency curves.  The clipping stage limits the voltage there by the diodes.  The output buffer could be changed to make it have gain, but it would be difficult/impossible with a pre-made pcb.

  Should boost, a lot.
Generally that's enough that the volume control is used to tame it.
Measuring voltages is one way to verify that the opamp is biased for the intended performance.
Convention creates following, following creates convention.
