Easy Fuzz by Joe gagan which schematic to use?

Guys Im looking at this schematic  (http://www.tonepad.com/getFile.asp?id=36)  and I like what I see, its simple for a first build.  I got that one from tone pad so im assuming it works.

but ive found various other schematics and dont know if the one Im looking at works.

I am a noob so maybe these are the same or maybe they arent.

The one at freeinfosociety.com looks like the original version of the Easy Face. The one at tonepad is a modified version with a tone control and negative ground. They're both look correct and trustworthy.
